Users of Roadmaster can reset their passwords through the interface. Users will be required to enter their valid username to reset their password. To reset a password following these steps.

  1. Click on the “Forgot Password?” text on the login page.

  1. Enter your username and email address. Click on the “Forgot Password”.

NOTE: if a user does not have a valid email address within our system, they will receive the following message: “Username and email address dont exist.”

  1. Once you have clicked on the ‘Reset Password’ button your interface will say: Please check your email to reset your password.

Go to your email inbox and find the email message from RoadMaster. This email will contain a link. Click on this link.

  1. After clicking on the link in the email you will be redirected to the RoadMaster login page. The following image shows the interface as it works to generate a new password for your account.

  1. Once RoadMaster has validated your credentials you will receive another email from DTN/RoadMaster. This email will contain your new password.

 

  1. Your new password has been sent to your email address. You are now ready to login to RoadMaster with your new password.
