Users of Roadmaster can reset their passwords through the interface. Users will be required to enter their valid username to reset their password. To reset a password following these steps.
- Click on the “Forgot Password?” text on the login page.
- Enter your username and email address. Click on the “Forgot Password”.

NOTE: if a user does not have a valid email address within our system, they will receive the following message: “Username and email address dont exist.”
- Once you have clicked on the ‘Reset Password’ button your interface will say: Please check your email to reset your password.
Go to your email inbox and find the email message from RoadMaster. This email will contain a link. Click on this link.
- After clicking on the link in the email you will be redirected to the RoadMaster login page. The following image shows the interface as it works to generate a new password for your account.
- Once RoadMaster has validated your credentials you will receive another email from DTN/RoadMaster. This email will contain your new password.
- Your new password has been sent to your email address. You are now ready to login to RoadMaster with your new password.
