After you fill out the Contact Roster, you may see the following banner on your dashboard.

 

There are 3 conditions that need to be met when filling out the Roster. If any are missed, the banner will appear.


Condition #1

The Roster has to be filled in until May 1st (which is the end of the winter season)


Condition #2

There should be no gaps in timing. Even a 1 minute gap would be enough to cause this error message to appear.

(Example: if Duty Officer A starts at 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; then Duty Officer B should start at 9:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. Duty Officer B can’t start at 9:05 p.m. since that leaves a 5 minute gap between Officer A and Officer B)


Condition #3

If an account has multiple domains, all the domains must be filled properly.

In the case of multiple domains with the same duty officer, you will notice a small settings icon on the right hand side of the Contact Roster. Click on Settings and then enable “Single contact person at a time for all domains”.
