After you fill out the Contact Roster, you may see the following banner on your dashboard.   There are 3 conditions that need to be met when filling out the Roster. If any are missed, the banner will appear. Condition #1 The Roster has to be filled in until May 1st (which is the end

Click on the Location icon in the middle of the top bar on the website. Select the name of the location by clicking on v on the right to select from the drop down menu. Click on Graphs for a graphical presentation or Observation for a tabular view.

Go to Settings on the website. Admins can select Email Distribution Lists and click on the pencil next to the Forecast Emails distribution list. To remove an address, click on the x next to it. To add an address, scroll to the bottom and type it in.

Go to Settings – Contact Roster (phone). Click on +Add roster entry to add a new entry. If you would like to edit an existing entry, click on that entry and you can edit it or delete it. This is an optional service.

When logged into the website, go to the dashboard, scroll down to Location/Domain details, click on the + at the time you would like to log an action on the horizontal blue line called “Action Log”. This will only work for those who have the rights.

On the website, go to Settings – select Email Distribution Lists and click on the pencil next to the distribution list. To remove an address, click on the x next to it. To add an address, scroll to the bottom and type in the address.

On the Dashboard of the RoadMaster website, click on the calendar icon on the top left and select the issue date in the past that you would like to see. Select “e-mail archive” and select the email issue time.

On the Dashboard, click on the calendar on the top left and select the past date & time you wish to see. If there is a padlock icon, click on that and wait a few mins, select the issue time again and the website will present the info as of that date

In the bar in the bottom of the screen, tap Locations and next tab Texts in the top right of the screen. Check all features of our app in the video.

When logged into RoadMaster, at the top right of the page, click on Contact and you will see the phone number for the forecasters. This is an optional service.
